Terms and Conditions of Hire
The following are the terms and conditions you must accept when hiring a coach or a bus from Aberfoyle Coaches.
1.A Deposit is not required but a signed copy of this confirmation must be returned, either by post or by fax and the full payment paid before the date of hire.
2.It is Company Policy to charge the hirer for damage to coaches,caused by either the hirer or a member of their party,e.g. torn seats.
3.It is Company Policy to charge £40.00 Minimum for excessive cleaning,e.g. chewing gum on seats.
4.Aberfoyle Coaches operates a strict policy of no smoking and no consumption of alcohol on our coaches,acceptance of this is non- negotiable,and this policy will be strictly enforced.
5.Quoted prices are agreed on the itinerary stated overleaf,Any delay excess in of 30 minutes, caused by the hirer or a member of their party will be charged to the hirer at £30.00/hour
6.Consumption of food is not permitted on the coach, unless specifically agreed with Aberfoyle Coaches at the time the booking is confirmed.
7.Aberfoyle Coaches accepts no responsibility for damage to ,or loss of property or goods of the hirer or any member of their party during the hire.
8.Aberfoyle Coaches accept no responsibility for delay caused by unforeseen circumstances e.g. traffic congestion.
9.Aberfoyle Coaches reserves the right to refuse to carry drunk,aggressive,abusive or otherwise badly behaved passengers,at the sole discretion of the driver of the coach.
